I was born in Epernay, and growing up in the centre of Champagne production it was impossible not to get drawn in to the wine world.
As a child, every year I was out harvesting in the vineyards behind my parent's house, hanging out in the pressing area, bothering the winemakers and tasting the fresh juice.
Most recently, in addition to crafting the signature house styles at Rathfinny Wine Estate, I am proud to have headlined the building of the state-of-the-art winery as well as the bottling and storage facilities. The wines have been widely acclaimed and awarded the first ever Sussex QWS for a sparkling, which has been an amazing achievement.

But let's take a step back.
As I grew up, I realised that Champagne was more than just a wine. That wine is more than just a beverage. It's a science, an art, a complex business and even a lifestyle!

I attended the University of Reims where I graduated with a BSc. in Biochemistry and Microbiology and a MSc. in Viticulture and Oenology.

I  then worked in Burgundy, Bordeaux for Mouton Rothschild, and Champagne for Moët & Chandon, Louis-Roederer and Boizel. To round up my skills, I have completed my cursus with an MBA from Aston University

Indulging my wanderlust, I crossed the pond and I took up a position in Napa Valley, California. This was a brilliant industry to develop my skills and one of the positions I was proud to hold was Vice President of Winemaking for Conway Family Wines.

Winemaking in France and California is about the detail, it's about family and friends, collaboration and importantly it's driven by quality and innovation. I believe this to be the same in the UK and this is why I have chosen to stick around!
My business experience coupled with my ability to craft a diverse array of still and sparkling wines makes me excited at the prospect of advising in all parts of your business.
